Return Process
You may return items for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window can’t be accepted. To start a return, email support@beaumontmode.com Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please pack securely to prevent damage in transit. Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
To swap an item, email support@beaumontmode.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange. Only unused items in original condition are eligible.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact support@beaumontmode.com as soon as possible. Orders can’t be canceled once processing has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email photos and details to support@beaumontmode.com We’ll review promptly and make it right.
